MOA : Telmisartan works by inhibiting the action of angiotensin II, which results in the relaxation of blood vessels and a subsequent reduction in blood pressure. Cilnidipine acts on the L-type calcium channels of blood vessels by blocking the incoming calcium and suppressing the contraction of blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure.
