MOA : Telmisartan works by inhibiting the action of angiotensin II, which results in the relaxation of blood vessels and a subsequent reduction in blood pressure. Amlodipine Besylate act as a Calcium Channel blocker this relaxes the blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.
