Indication : Treatment of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome is a severe form of epilepsy. Seizures begin in early
childhood, usually before the age of 4 years.
MOA : Clobazam blocks seizure by binding at benzodiazepine site of the GABA-A α2
receptor.
Topiramate 25 mg and 50 mg Tablets
Sodium valproate & Valproic acid 300 mg and 500 mg Controlled Release Tablets
Levetiracetam 250mg, 500mg, XR 500 PR, XR 750 PR Tablets and 500mg/5ml Injection Tablets
Divalproex Sodium 125 mg GR, 250 mg ER and 500 mg ER Tablets
Oxcarbazepine 150 mg SR, 300 mg SR, 450 mg SR and 600 mg SR Tablets
