Migraine a neurological disorder characterized by recurrent, intense headaches (often one-sided and throbbing), accompanied by symptoms like nausea, sensitivity to light/sound, and sometimes visual disturbances (aura). Caused by abnormal brain activity affecting nerves, blood vessels, and chemicals. Triggers include stress, hormones, diet, or environmental factors. Managed with medications, lifestyle changes, and avoidance of triggers.
MOA : Propranolol called as a Beta Blockers works by preventing the dilation of the brain blood vessels, which contributes to migraines. Flunarizine is calcium channel blockers.
