Neuropathic pain is an outcome of disturbance of central or peripheral nervous system. It is a chronic pain state that usually is accompanied by tissue injury.
MOA : Gabapentin inhibits the pain signals by binding with high affinity to the α2δ subunit of voltage activated calcium channels. Methylcobalamin exerts its therapeutic effects on neuropathic pain through its neurosynthesis and neuroprotective effects.
