Dyspepsia is Persistent or recurring upper abdominal pain.
Peptic Disorder is broad term encompassing conditions like peptic ulcers and gastritis, often caused by Helicobacter pylori infection or NSAID.
MOA : Rabeprazole acts as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that irreversibly inhibits the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells, reducing gastric acid secretion. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that enhances gastrointestinal motility, reduces nausea and vomiting, and prevents reflux by increasing lower esophageal sphincter tone.
