MOA : Pregabalin bind to the α2δ subunit of VGCC and inhibits influx of calcium and release of glutamate, norepinephrine neurotransmitter release. Methylcobalamin exerts its therapeutic effects on neuropathic pain through its neurosynthesis and neuroprotective effects.
